I truly couldn’t recommend Anastasia enough. My Brussels Griffon just finished a 3-week board and train, and the difference has been incredible. She went from reactive and overstimulated to calmly handling crowded sidewalks, elevators, group walks, even stores and cafés. Anastasia was thoughtful, communicative, and clearly knew how to tailor the training to my dog’s needs. She sent daily updates with videos, photos, and clear explanations of what they worked on, which made it easy to stay involved and keep things consistent at home.

Ana is the most gifted and insightful trainer and behaviorist for dogs (and their humans) I have worked with over 24 years of being a dog owner. She worked with our 10 month old rescue puppy through her brilliant Board and Train Program and helped shape her from a sweet but undisciplined puppy into a sweet and well behaved young dog. Ana kept us up to date and informed on our puppy’s progress during Board and Train and shared informative and instructive videos that supported our at-home training. She responded thoughtfully and completely to many questions. We continue to work with Ana on weekly training as well and are learning so much about our dog’s unique characteristics and our own reactions through Ana’s keen observations and supportive guidance. Ana deserves the highest praise and respect for her work.

Ana was wonderful for our rescue puppy, Charlie! We did a 2 week board and train which set him up for success when he came home, for all the basic commands and leash walking! She sent us daily updates and videos, which we loved. He came back more relaxed and happy! Highly recommend working with Ana!

Ana is everything! She has been an invaluable part of our family since Rafa was just a puppy. Her knowledge, patience and training techniques have transformed Rafa into a well-behaved and happy dog but more importantly, Ana has given me the confidence to set our family up for success. Ana’s ability to connect with Rafa has been incredible. Not only is she a skilled trainer but she is also a wonderful person who genuinely cares about the well-being of both dogs and their owners. Ana has been super helpful with our Ollie, helping him grow from a rambunctious / troublemaking puppy into a much more level-headed teenager. With just a few sessions she was able to help us build confidence in his off-leash skills, and he also walks on-leash in a heel much better as well. We love that Ana is familiar with bird dogs and I think it’s been helpful for Ollie to have a trainer who really understands his breed’s drive / desires.

Ana worked wonders with our very sweet, very energetic Pointer, Gretchen. She sent daily videos and tutorials so that we could be consistent with what she was teaching her, and she was as patient with us as she was with the dog (probably more patient with us). Recommend Ana very highly!

We had an amazing experience working with Ana! What I like about Ana the most is that she was able to cater her approach specifically to our dog, Puck’s needs. Ana stands out because she doesn’t push a one-size-fits-all “system” like many other trainers we encountered, and she was always open to any questions we had (there truly were no dumb questions with her!). One of the best results from our sessions is Puck’s impressive recall skills, which have been particularly outstanding during the off-leash hours at the park, where he consistently listens, even amidst the chaos of other dogs. We’re beyond grateful for Ana’s help and highly recommend her!

I started working with Ana a few months into getting a second dog, who was a puppy. I didn’t realize that bringing another dog into the mix would present a slew of issues that would need to be addressed as it relates to the dynamics between the puppy and the older dog. When working with the puppy, Ana was quickly able to identify the root causes of why my older dog, Penny, was behaving certain ways. Ana provided us with very practical and effective strategies to address them and as a result, Penny has become a more well-adjusted dog. We continue to implement the lessons we learned from Ana in our daily interactions with Penny. Working with Ana has truly enriched our lives.
